  • Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled on your mat. We provide towels, offer rental mats and have cubbies to store your personal belongings. 
  • All new students must sign a waiver before taking a class.
  • Wipe down your mat and floor space after class to be sure you and others are comfortable and safe!

 Our class schedule offers something for everyone with class formats ranging from Traditional Hot (60 and 90 minutes) Hot Flow, Hot Pilates, Ashtanga & Restorative.  Plus, High-Intensity sculpt classes!
